Registration Cancellation Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: email )

• Cancellation notification received before May 2, 2026 will be refunded

• No refund will be provided for cancellations received after May 2, 2026

• Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference

• An administrative fee of € 15 will be applied to all returns

Payment

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
